As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
I have a minor issue with our chatbot. When using dynamic training, we have bubbles with the different entity's which the user must select from. There is an automatic "Next 5"to view more entities, but once the user clicks to see next 5 they are not able to go back and see the previous 5. Is there a way to fix this?
