As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
Opening and closing are not working in the mobile view, tablet view of the website.
I can open the chatbot window on clicking of bot icon but there were no close icon and closing functionality. As there is no close icon, closing of the chatbot window is not working for some of the resolutions.
Please check the screenshots and guide me to fix those issues.
